Does anyone know whats happening with this condo development? Is it still going ahead, I tried to lookup the website for the developer, i think it was NEXXT but was unsuccessful in finding anything, westorontojunction.com doesnt have any updates either. Does anyone know???

This condo is being developed by Options for Homes and Deltera Construction, a division of Tridel. Tentatively, demolition of the old Canadian Tire store and subsequent construction is scheduled to begin February 25th or March 1st, 2008, with a Spring/Summer 2009 occupancy scheduled.
