the bricks on this building have been sandblasted and cleaned up to their former glory, same building before it was cleaned up from a previous post

It's just too bad that they didn't restore many of the details that this building had. The roof had these really details concrete elements.
This building is where West Toronto had its town council offices.
The building was (is?) named James Hall -- the oldest multi-use building in the Junction.
