Hi,

I'm with the Ryerson school of journalism. I'm working on a project about the changing face of The Junction for our Global City website:

www.global360.ca

It looks like you know a lot about the area -- I'd love to talk to you.

You can reach me at nicole.tomlinson@ryerson.ca

Hope to talk to you soon!

Cheap prices and a wicked lunch/juice bar. Nice sizes place too. Is that other organic market opening still?? They had some stuff up for last years Junction Arts fest but nothing since.

Hi,

I live in the Junction too and I'd like to help you out with your blog here. Email me at sonnyphono@gladstonewhat.com if you're interested.

The Beat is open as well - they have similar stuff - but a better prepared food counter / selection.

I've shopped a number of times at the Sweet Potato since they opened.
The produce is good quality and staff are very friendly and helpful, however I would suggest you pay attention as your goods are being cashed out. On at least two occasions the cashier has made some careless boo-boo's (we're not talking a few cents either, more like $50 on one and $15 on another).
Other than that, I give it a thumbs up and it's a nice addition to the neighbourhood.

I was waiting for this place to open for a long time, and I'm really stoked that it finally did. Prices are great for organic stuff, everyone is friendly and it looks real pretty too. It seems busy, so hopefully it will last and become a good centre for the community.

I see it's been quite awhile since you updated your blog. Thanks for the coverage so far - we are thinking of opening a business in the area and the more info the better! Too bad you seem to have called it quits...
