Medland Lofts building on Dundas W & Medland

this is a new loft development going up at Dundas and Medland, while I'm glad we're starting to see more development, this neighbourhood should be both culturally and commercially vibrant. a loft development on a main thoroughfare like Dundas may not exactly be a good idea, we dont want to become another "sleepy" residential, picturesque gentrified neighbourhood. from the looks of it, they might actually have some retail/commercial on the ground level - maybe a coffee shop? speaking of which, why is the only half-decent coffee shop in this neighbourhood - Agora closed during the majority of the days in a week?

I assume you know that Agora reopened in June 2006 and has been operating very reliably since then. They open early every day except Sunday and close around 7 each evening. They have a website:
